适用于 DeviceFolderBuildInfo 的 LaunchControlProvider。

从 Android build 服务器检索 CTS build 和设备 build。

系统会先检索设备 build，因此提供给此类的 build-flavor 等实参应与您要检索的设备 build 相匹配。

默认情况下，此类会尝试下载与设备 build 具有相同 build-id 和相同分支的 CTS build。cts* 选项可用于检索其他 CTS build。
