カメラとシステム構成の変更

Extended View System(EVS)1.1 では、カメラとシステムの構成管理と使用法も更新されています。EVS 1.0 には、カメラデバイス情報とシステム構成を照会するメソッドは用意されていないため、アプリ デベロッパーはその情報を自分で取得する必要があります。たとえば、クライアントがコンピュータ ビジョン アプリケーションをいくつか実装している場合、クライアントはカメラ調整データを持つ必要があります。

この状況を緩和するために、EVS 1.1 はカメラ メタデータを使用してカメラデバイス記述子を拡張し、クライアントがカメラデバイスとシステム構成の情報を取得できるようにするメソッドをいくつか提供します。

CameraDesc はカメラデバイスのメタデータを持つように拡張されており、この型は android.frameworks.cameraservice.device@2.0 からインポートされます。この設計上の選択により、ベンダーは実装に camera_metadata_t を使用し、camera_metadata.h で定義された API を利用できます。また、ベンダーは、camera_vendor_tags.h に記載されているように、独自のメタデータ タイプを使用して Android で定義されていないその他の情報を配信することはできません。

Android で定義されているメタデータ フィールドの 1 つが ANDROID_SCALER_AVAILABLE_STREAM_CONFIGURATIONS です。EVS ドライバは、この型を使用して、各カメラ モジュールでサポートされるストリーム構成を識別できます。たとえば、以下のリファレンス実装には、サポートされている各ストリーム構成の情報がリストされています。

  • ストリーム ID
  • 高さ
  • 方向(入力または出力)
  • フレームレート

1 つのカメラ HW インスタンス上の複数のクライアント

クライアントがすでにアクティブなカメラデバイスを開くよう要求すると、EVS マネージャーは要求されたストリーム構成をアクティブな構成と比較します。それらが異なる場合、EVS マネージャーは null IEvsCamera オブジェクトを返します。クライアントは、この想定される失敗を適切に処理する必要があります

リファレンス構成ファイル

EVS 1.1 に含まれるリファレンス構成ファイルは XML で記述されています。ベンダーは含まれている DTD ファイル(下記を参照)を使用して、変更されたサンプル構成ファイルを検証するか、同じ形式を使用する場合は独自のファイルを使用できます。DTD ファイルには、各要素と属性の詳細な説明も含まれています。
