method String: リクエストの HTTP メソッド
uriParts String: リクエスト URI の作成に使用される URL エンコードされた URI 部分。
options : クエリ文字列の作成に使用されるエンコードされていないパラメータ名と値
data JSONObject: リクエストとともに送信されるデータ
