Unsparses a sparse image file.

Parameters
`imgFile`	`File`: a `ERROR(/File)` that is a sparse image.
`destFile`	`File`: a `ERROR(/File)` to write the unsparsed image to.

Throws
	if imgFile is not a sparse image.
