Flash Pixel 8 and 9 Android 15 devices
In Android 15, there are 6 Pixel devices that support 16 KB page size and can be flashed using Android Flash Tool:
- Pixel 9 Pro (caiman)
- Pixel 9 Pro XL (komodo)
- Pixel 9 (tokay)
- Pixel 8 Pro (husky)
- Pixel 8 (shiba)
- Pixel 8a (akita)
To flash the devices with 16 KB support, follow these instructions:
- Connect your Pixel device to your desktop computer or laptop.
- Go to flash.android.com
- In the box Find a build to flash, type
git_aosp-main-with-phones-throttled
. In the Build results combo box, select a target:
aosp_caiman_16k
for Pixel 9 Proaosp_komodo_16k
for Pixel 9 Pro XLaosp_tokay_16k
for Pixel 9aosp_husky_pgagnostic
for Pixel 8 Proaosp_shiba_pgagnostic
for Pixel 8aosp_akita_16k

Select Wipe Device. This option deletes all the user data on the device.
Click Install build.
Flash Pixel 6 and 6 pro Android 13 devices
Pixel 6 (oriole) and Pixel 6 Pro (raven) support 16k page size in Android 13. To flash the devices with 16 KB support, follow these instructions:
- Connect your Pixel device to your desktop computer or laptop.
- Go to flash.android.com
- In the box Find a build to flash, type
main-16k-with-phones
. - In the Build results combo box, select a target:
aosp_oriole_16k_64
for Pixel 6aosp_raven_16k_64
for Pixel 6 Pro
- Select Wipe Device. This option deletes all the user data on the device.
- Click Install build.
